Where work is paid and delivered under an agreed proposal, purchase order, contract, or written agreement:

 

  • invoices will be issued in line with the agreed scope and milestones

  • payment is due within 90 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • late payment may affect scheduling, delivery timelines, or future work

 

 

Participant-facing events or services may be free to attend. If any activity is paid at the point of booking or registration, the relevant pricing, cancellation, and refund terms will be provided at that time.
