How to taylor our model your population

Alongside our academic parters we have refined a method which ensures our delivery is targeted and effecitve.

1. Prioritise Local Needs

Agree the key outcomes with commissioners using local insight and population need.

2. Co-produce the Approach

Design the intervention with communities through targeted co-production sessions and events.

3) Deliver and Engage

Implement our 3-tier model (events, workshops, 1:1) with strong outreach/referrals and a train local workforce (students/volunteers) alongside our team.

4. Evaluate and Improve

Measure reach and outcomes, identify improvements, and refine the model for continuous impact.
