Your entry does real good

Every entry supports Bloom+ CIC, our asset-locked not-for-profit. Health inequalities are unfair and avoidable differences in health between groups of people, often caused by income, where you live, your background and your access to good food and services.

We tackle them with free health events run by nutritionists, chefs, coaches and researchers, and with community meals, travel support and education for vulnerable adults and children.

Each person's place at one of our events costs £20 to £50 to run, covering a hot meal, a drink, qualified staff and travel. Once the prize is paid for, every 4 to 10 entries funds a place for someone.

After the cost of the prize, fees and promotion, 100% of what's left goes to Bloom+ CIC. Our goal is £2,000, and we'll publish the total raised after the draw. Find out more about our not-for-profit work.

If our £2,000 goal hasn't been reached by then, we'll extend the closing date month by month until it is. If we extend, you can ask for a refund.

Health Prize Draw: Garmin Forerunner 170 – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter is Rizon Health Ltd (company no. 16715748) Contact: info@rizon.health or 0121 516 0272.
1.2 By entering, you agree to these terms.

2. Who can enter
2.1 Open to people aged 18+ living in England, Scotland or Wales. Anyone involved in running the draw, and their household, can't enter.
2.2 We may ask any entrant, and will ask the winner, for proof of age, identity and address. If you can't provide it, your entries are void.

3. Entry period
3.1 Entries open on 16 October 2026. The planned closing date is 6pm (UK time) on Monday 30 November 2026.
3.2 If our £2,000 fundraising goal hasn't been reached by then, the closing date moves to 6pm on the last day of the following month, and again each month until the goal is reached. The draw will take place no later than 6pm on 28 February 2027, whether or not the goal is reached.
3.3 If we extend the closing date, we'll email every entrant and update our website within 24 hours. Your entries stay in the draw, or you can ask for a full refund of paid entries within 14 days of our email.
3.4 Online and postal entries received after the closing time won't be included.

4. How to enter
4.1 There are two ways to enter. Both have exactly the same chance of winning.
4.2 Online: each ticket costs £5 and gives one entry. Choose your tickets, agree to these terms and pay at checkout on www.rizon.health. Your entry is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email.
4.3 Free by post: send your full name, email address, postal address and date of birth on a postcard or letter to: Health Prize Draw, Bloom+ CIC, Bloxwich Launchpad, Market Place, Bloxwich, Walsall, WS3 2JF. Use first or second class post; we don't accept recorded, special delivery or hand-delivered entries. One entry per envelope. Postal entries must arrive before the closing time in clause 3.
4.4 We aren't responsible for post that is lost, delayed or damaged. Proof of posting isn't proof of receipt. We don't accept entries by email, social media or any other method.

5. Entry limits and odds
5.1 We'll accept a maximum of 1,000 entries in total, and up to 50 per person across online and postal entries combined. We'll refund paid entries over 50; postal entries over 50 are void. Using more than one account or identity to get around the limit voids all your entries.
5.2 Every valid entry, paid or free, has an equal chance of winning.

6. The draw
6.1 The draw takes place at 8pm on the closing date and is streamed live on our Instagram (@rizon_health) and Facebook pages. A recording stays online for at least 30 days.
6.2 Each valid entry gets a unique number. The winner is picked by a computer random number generator, overseen by a person independent of Bloom+ CIC and Rizon Health Ltd, and is decided by chance alone.
6.3 We won't cancel the draw or reduce the prize because of low entry numbers. The only change to the draw date is the extension in clause 3.

7. The prize
7.1 One winner receives a brand-new Garmin Forerunner 170 GPS running smartwatch in [Black/Amp Yellow] (RRP £259.99), with the manufacturer's warranty. Instead, the winner can choose a £220 cash alternative, paid by bank transfer.
7.2 The prize can't be transferred. If the watch becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we'll provide a prize of equal or greater value, or the cash alternative.

8. Winner and delivery
8.1 We'll email the winner within 24 hours of the draw. The winner must reply within 14 days to confirm their details and choose the watch or the cash. If they don't, or don't meet these terms, we'll redraw live in the same way.
8.2 We'll post the watch free by tracked, signed-for delivery to an address in England, Scotland or Wales, or pay the cash alternative, within 14 days of the winner confirming their details.
8.3 We'll publish the winner's first name and county online. The winner can ask us not to, but we'll still give these details to the Advertising Standards Authority if asked.

9. Where your money goes
9.1 Your entry fee is a payment to enter the draw, not a charitable donation, and can't be Gift Aided.
9.2 After the cost of the prize, payment fees, postage and promotion, 100% of the money raised goes to Bloom+ CIC to fund free community health and wellbeing events. Bloom+ CIC is an asset-locked community interest company with no shareholders or dividends.
9.3 Within 30 days of the draw, we'll publish the total raised at www.rizon.health/not-for-profit. You can ask us for a running total at any time. To give without entering, you can donate at the same page.

10. Refunds and cancellation
10.1 When you enter online, you ask us to allocate your entry straight away, so you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once
