About the event
Join us for a free 2-hour creative therapy session at Bisque & Bean Café, Selly Oak, Birmingham.
The session will be led by Kat Randhawa, our BACP-accredited psychotherapist, who will use Gestalt-informed techniques to create a supportive space that encourages positive wellbeing and mindset.
First hour: Refreshments and pottery painting demonstration
Free refreshments will be served, giving you time to get seated, settled, and comfortable.
You will then receive a simple demonstration on how to get the best results from your pottery painting.
Second hour: Therapy and painting
